On the afternoon of April 17, Premier Li Qiang held a discussion with representatives of domestic and foreign trade export enterprises during the 135th Canton Fair. Representatives of eight key enterprises in different fields were selected nationwide to speak at the discussion. Zeng Zhitao, founder and chairman of Xunlei Industry, was invited to attend the discussion as a representative of small and medium-sized specialized and new enterprises.

Zeng Zhitao said in his speech: "Small and medium-sized enterprises are full of vitality and innovative spirit. Guangdong has been ranked first in foreign trade exports for 15 consecutive years, which is inseparable from the contribution of private small and medium-sized enterprises. Guangzhou has proposed "industry first, manufacturing as the city", and actively promoted the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Through industrial focus and intelligent creation, it will give play to new quality productivity and highlight the competitive advantages of Guangdong's local brands." At the same time, he put forward the suggestion that "relevant small, medium, specialized and new enterprises can also do big things, so that more small and medium-sized enterprises can highlight China's intelligent manufacturing in the internal and external circulation, and seize the market opportunities of large-scale equipment renewal and old consumer goods replacement."

Li Qiang listened carefully to the speech and responded cordially, emphasizing that currently small and medium-sized enterprises are developing very fast, accounting for 60% of export contribution and have become the main force. Enterprises are encouraged to continuously iterate products and innovate technologies to bring out good products and good ideas and strengthen Chinese brands.
